Complete Harassment Prevention Training in Workday by April 12th 

All WashU employees have been assigned annual harassment prevention training in Workday, which must be completed by April 12. The course was developed by Skillsoft, a leading expert in compliance training. Contingent employees are not required to complete the training. 
Warning: some employees might find the simulated photos or exercises to be distressing. The subject matter and examples of inappropriate behavior covered in the training vignettes are necessary to provide clear examples of violations to combat this type of behavior. 

As a reminder, to remain in compliance with WashU policies, the assigned training must be completed by 5 p.m. CT Friday, April 12. Once completed, a record of completion will populate in Workday Learning. Employees are assigned training based on their physical work location and job with WashU. For more information, read the university’s Discrimination and Harassment policy.
