Our Mission

To be the trusted, strategic technology partner enabling the university’s mission by delivering secure, innovative, and information-rich solutions.

ImpacT is the IT Strategic Plan that inspires the direction for IT efforts at all levels within the institution until 2027. In alignment with Here and Next, this plan aims to leverage the resources of the computational age to advance our excellence in research, scholarship, and creative practice, supporting WashU’s position as a global hub for transformative solutions.

By utilizing and developing information-rich approaches that intentionally further personal and professional growth, leadership, access, campus well-being, and equity, IT will nurture the aspirations of every member of our community, helping them achieve their best work and enhancing the quality of life for all community members.
