For those getting a new cellphone this holiday season, you can now include your Duo Mobile app in iCloud and Android cloud backups. This will make the transition to your new device much simpler.
The Duo Mobile app settings were recently updated, allowing you to include Duo Mobile in cloud backups, streamlining the process of getting a new cellphone or tablet.
Previously, getting a new mobile device often meant contacting the service desk for assistance enrolling the new device on your Duo account. Now, if you include Duo Mobile in your cloud backup, and set up your new device using the cloud backup, the Duo Mobile configuration process is greatly simplified and does not require calling the service desk.
