In line with the new WashU brand, and to emphasize that we are all WashU IT, a new mail signature line is being made available for you to add within Outlook. Consistent use of a uniform email signature line across all of WashU IT aids information security efforts by helping our customers spot and report Phishing.
Your participation in adding this signature line is appreciated as it will help identify us as one WashU IT team and ensure a greater degree of security.
Where can I get it?
The new signature line is available in the “Templates” section of the Staff Space page.
How do I add it to Outlook?
Download the WashU IT Email Signature Template.eml file, open it with outlook, and follow the instructions.
