This integration included importing gift, grants, and project data from Workday to be  being used within the PNF application. Lifecycle Management ProgramsEA-T4 EA-14267 WUSM Student Document Management (Intact to KnowledgeLake)This project falls under the umbrella of the Student Sunrise program. Its scope was to transition the Med School Registrar’s office from the Intact Document Management system to use KnowledgeLake Student Records.  KnowledgeLake Student Records is the replacement of the SISDocs application currently used by Danforth Campus Schools.  This transition allows all Registrar’s offices to unify Student document management and establish a common access model across the University. Bill Bernickus

StudentEA-T4 – INT1109  SIS Course Sections Inbound (STW-85)Due to the Student Sunrise Program, from October 2024 to September 2025 both SIS Legacy systems and Workday (Sunrise) will be live. This SIS integration compensated for the legacy  system to serve as the system of record for section information as well as update  Workday Student to populate course section data (academic period, department, course number, section number, course title, instructor, other required info) in parallel. Enabling AppsEA-T3: EA- 17668 Qualtrics for Research Implementation Phase II Data RetentionThis project served to mitigate the risk of several Qualtrics use cases involving the potential use of PHI / PII exist across WashU within the Research Domain where data may be collected from study participants. Implement Destiny One (LLEE) Corporate Engagement Manager Add-on

PowerFAIDS Danforth Database Lift & Shift and

This was the creation of the new PowerFAIDS Integrations Hub through which all of the PowerFAIDS Sunrise integrations will pass through for data exchange between Powerfaids and Workday Student. 
This hub was deployed to production on 9/11/24. It was post-production tested and is ready for first runs when those are scheduled for the Sunrise Program.

myIBC Edit Protocol PI and POC
This project provided enhancements for the myIBC by enabling Protocol Coordinators to edit the Principle Investigator and POC of IBC Protocol Records. The myIBC tool is  a Web application with functions for government-mandated documentation of IBC (Institutional Biological and Chemical) Protocols for medical school laboratory testing.

Shorelight to Graduate Slate
(INT017)
This project is to provide an integration with the third-party vendor, Shorelight, who is performing recruiting services for the Sever Institute in the McKelvey School of Engineering, Slate for Graduate Admissions. The purpose of this integration is to load applicant data and documents (e.g. transcripts) from Shorelight and load them into the Graduate Slate FTP. Shorelight is an application system aimed at recruiting students from a diverse set of countries for McKelvey’s Sever programs.  The integration that will manage the movement of the data and documents is considered a file-transfer integration. On September 3, 2024, part 1 of this project was implemented to move applicant data and documents from Shorelight to Graduate Slate (INT017). On September 11, 2024, part 2 of this project was implemented as the return integration to inform Shorelight where in the admissions pipeline the applicant is.Ben Englert

Type Addition
The Benefits team wanted to utilize an EIB to load ACA hours for populations, like Academic Pay comp types, that lacked hours reported in payroll. They also asked about the possibility of including a data field from the Imported ACA Worker Hours and Wages source to report the loaded hours, specifically the Paid Hours Worked and Paid Hours Not Worked fields. Integrations to a newer template
Templates INT018 (Delta Dental), INT035 (Express Scripts), INT047 (UHC), and INT048 (VSP) were being retired from use. We rewrote the integration to the Cloud Connect for Benefits: ANSI X12 834 V2 template. This was done in plenty of time to be used for FY25 Open Enrollment. Janet McElroy

Technical ArchitectureEA-T3 – Updating the Azure APIM, GPT Quota Function and DatabaseWe updated the Azure API Management (APIM) to enhance performance and security. The GPT Quota Function was refined to better manage usage limits and ensure fair access to resources. This effort was a result of our stakeholder’s decision to reconfigure the Interfolio Facutly Activity Reporting module.
