WashU IT is thrilled to bring you some exciting news that will take the ITIL user and business stakeholder experience with ServiceNow to new heights in February 2024.
We understand the vital role that high-efficiency platforms and user-friendly interfaces play in IT daily workflows. That is why we are delighted to introduce the ServiceNow Next Experience, designed to enhance the overall user experience of ServiceNow by making it more accessible and intuitive for users—whether they are new, existing, or infrequent.
This is an important improvement that aims to simplify and expedite every task within the platform, ensuring seamless and efficient user interaction. Here’s a sneak peek into three key elements:
- NEW Service Operations Workspace featuring a single pane of glass approach to the user interface. The interface presents a landing page with a summary of your team’s work, your work, and other valuable information that ensures you have everything you need at your fingertips from the moment you log in.
- NEW Unified Navigation that allows you to access items (contextual app pill, menu items, and search) all in one place across the entire platform
- User Interface Enhancements: Anticipate a refreshed user interface with improved look and usability enhancements, making your ServiceNow experience not only powerful but visually appealing as well.
Available starting in January, comprehensive training will include webinars, virtual live training, tutorials and guides, and help hours. Keep an eye out for emails about the project and training resources.
