An update on WashU IT’s new branding, news about capacity planning efforts, and employee recognitions are the focus for Wednesday’s IT All Hands meeting.
Matt Gerst, Lead Communications Specialist from Organizational Change Management, will walk attendees through newly created IT templates for meeting materials, emails, and more, reflecting the new WashU brand that was introduced last fall. Senior IT Project Manager Tom Imlay will explain how capacity planning plays an important role in identifying available resources, allowing teams to better plan the type and scope of projects. The goal is for this to aid in establishing more realistic timelines.
