Continuing our promise to provide seamless, accessible and transparent IT support and services to the university, WashU IT is excited to introduce the End User Experience (EUX) initiative. This team provides a centralized entrance for our stakeholders and customers so that, together, we can help you better navigate the world of IT.

Within EUX, we’ve developed a Navigator program to elevate the IT experience for both internal teams and our valued customers. Navigators, each known as a Business Alignment Liaison (BAL), will partner with stakeholders, guiding them to the right IT resources and making it easier for them to identify, and use, the best services that will fit their specific and unique needs.
Each Navigator will be responsible for a specific zone, acting as a subject matter expert. That person supports our customers by assisting with problem resolution, accelerating issue resolution, and offering proactive resources to help effectively engage with IT. By building strong, trusting relationships, Navigators will be equipped to understand customer needs more clearly and connect them quickly to the appropriate resources.
EUX is designed to improve collaboration with stakeholders and customers by fostering strong relationships and a sense of community across the university.
In the coming weeks, we’ll be unveiling our Navigator zone assignments and making introductions to your teams. Until then, keep reaching out to us through your normal methods. We look forward to serving you in this new capacity and cannot wait to see how WashU IT can help you better meet your goals.
We invite you to learn more about the EUX program.
