Michelle Stirnemann, Senior Director, End User Experience (EUX) was recently invited to join an Ivy Plus group of her peers to share insights, best practices, and new ideas that will improve the practice of experience management as it relates to IT.
As our IT teams continue focusing on providing the best customer experience to our WashU community, other peer institutions around the nation are aiming at the same goal. The Ivy Plus Client Experience and Engagement group is comprised of like-minded experts from Brown, Columbia, Cornell, Dartmouth, Penn, Princeton, Yale, Duke, Stanford, New York University, and Harvard. Conversations will center on identifying where people meet technology and how to view that touchpoint from a customer perspective.
With the inauguration of EUX, and its team ramping up with great initiatives, Stirnemann is positive she will have much to contribute to her peers.
“I am eager to work other people who are also passionate about experience management,” Stirnemann said.
The goal of the group is to create a community to share ideas, have a safe place for open discussions, and provide support around end user experiences.
“I’m excited for Michelle and this opportunity,” said Amy Walter, Associate Vice Chancellor and Deputy Chief Information Officer for Research, Clinical, and Medical Education Technologies. “Her wealth of expertise in this area will be a valuable contribution to our peers. I look forward to the concepts and best practices she’ll bring back to WashU IT as we continue to enhance our own end user experience for our customers.”
Stay tuned for exciting ideas coming out of this dynamic team. For more information and insights into what’s happening with WashU’s EUX team, check out their webpage today.
