WashU IT’s FY25 Goals inspired the conversation at the IT All Hands meeting held this week. The Senior Leadership Team, led by Chief Information Officer Jessie Minton, walked through the exciting high-level programs and projects guiding organizational efforts as part of WashU IT’s Strategic Plan, ImpacT. Driving every effort are enhanced employee engagement and an excellent customer experience.
Goals discussed during the presentation included:
- Delivering FY25 goals associated with the WashU CyBear Secure program, Technology Modernization, and Research Infrastructure Services on time and on budget.
- Completing the IT Governance strategic roadmap for all domains, including the financial assessment of proposed investment in conjunction with service cost impacts for roadmap funding priorities by the end of the fiscal year.
- Fulfilling Student Sunrise, Data Management, Associated Integrations, including Reporting and Datamart Development and Census Reporting on track to support the FY25 go-live plan.
- Delivering Service Excellence to enhance employee engagement and provide an excellent customer experience.
