Mandatory ServiceNow Next Experience demo sessions are being held now. This required training for all WashU IT ITIL users is being held ahead of a major service management platform update, which is scheduled to begin Feb. 1.
The demo covers the latest features and improvements of ServiceNow, such as the new Service Operations Workspace, the new Unified Navigation, and additional User Interface enhancements that will significantly streamline and improve our daily operations.
Attending a demo session is a requirement for all WashU IT ITIL users, as a comprehensive understanding of the changes is key to a smooth transition and to equip users to make the most out of the new features.
If you have not enrolled for a demo session yet, please register in Learn@Work as soon as possible. Sessions started on Monday and will continue until tomorrow, January 10th.
