Message from Human Resources (HR): Introducing Lanelle Coleman

Dear Colleagues,

Please welcome Lanelle Coleman as our newest WashU IT Employee Engagement Team member. Lanelle is SPHR-certified and has been a fixture in WashU Human Resources for 25 years.

Lanelle will advise and counsel employees regarding matters of employment policy and working relationships, as well as support management. She is the point of contact for managers and directors needing assistance on performance management, organizational change, and management training.

The Employee Relations Team is dedicated to the success of our employees and our organization.
