These materials are quick references about each team’s services, offer background about how to request work, and provide information about team leadership and how to view different teams’ active work on their docket.
This content is incorporated into the IT onboarding process for new hires and helps us improve our Operating Rhythm (how tools, processes, and people come together to get work done) in this newer hybrid environment.
