We’ll begin meeting in early June, starting with either monthly or bi-monthly meetings hosted over Microsoft Teams.
We’re a collaborative community seeking to inspire one another to standardize and improve the delivery of IT services through using quality-centered, proactive, and customer-centric strategies. We share and discuss resources, tools, policies, research, and personal experiences to encourage one another as we seek to improve service quality and exceed the expectations of our customers. We strive for service excellence.
