August 18th: Vendor Planning and Negotiations Training with ClearEdge

Do you engage with vendors as part of your job? Would you like the chance to develop stronger communication skills and specific techniques for more effectively working with them?

Join us on August 18th from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM CT for ClearEdge’s Planning and Negotiations Training!

Grounded in ClearEdge’s Leverage Management Maturity Model (LM3) and observed best practices in deal making, this module will explore how to create and maintain leverage throughout the deal-making process, even in situations of deep solution lock-in and high priority strategic renewals.

ClearEdge Partners will share how to assess upcoming deals for potential leverage and create action plans to win over stakeholder support and engage with suppliers as one team, delivering a consistent, credible story designed to influence the sales forecast and lead to win/win deal outcomes.

Contract Risk Analysis Course: September 15th from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM

Forecast and Modeling: October 20th from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM

Planning and Negotiations: November 17th from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM

Participants will leave these sessions better prepared to engage with strategic suppliers throughout a deal cycle, with a strong understanding of their role, from deal leader to stakeholder.
