March 15: Websites Service Restore
The issue with WashU websites hosted on Microsoft servers has been resolved. All affected websites are available. WashU technical teams will continue to monitor for additional issues. March 15: Websites Outage Detected
Multiple WashU websites hosted on the Microsoft Azure platform are intermittently down due to a Microsoft outage in the West Central region. We are working with Microsoft to resolve this issue and will provide updates as they become available. We appreciate your patience as we work to restore service. March 13 Update: Postponed Launch of the New ServiceNow
To avoid further distraction while the university prepares on account of the coronavirus (COVID-19), we are postponing the launch of the new ServiceNow (WashU IT self-service portal) until further notice. March 12: Service Degradation – FedEx Invoicing in Marketplace
Washington University Information Technology has detected an issue where FedEx invoices are not being received in Marketplace.
