Integrations | WDAY-8773 INT047 United Health Care Medical Outbound CCB – Weekly Report to Vendor (UHC) | Ronald Burmeister, Amanda Hauff | The INT047 UHC Health Plan Enrollment Outbound integration generates an EDI 834 Enrollment file for the United Health Care Medical Plans, utilizing Workday’s prebuilt CCB template. The update was needed to incorporate additional plan variation reporting codes for improved demographic-based reporting. Two specific integrations within the INT047 family were updated, affecting only active employees while keeping other groups unchanged in the output file. Employee eligibility was determined using various filters, including worker type and location, based on the 2nd Level Cost Center Hierarchy. |

This integration creates an EDI 834 Enrollment file for United Health Care Medical Plans using Workday’s prebuilt CCB template. It generates a Full Enrollment file that includes all enrollments and any terminations effective within the specified date range. The added reporting codes will improve data reporting without affecting existing coverage notifications. |

Integrations | WDAY-7523 INT016 EPIC Vaccine Compliance Data Inbound – New Integration | Janet McElroy, Amanda Hauff | The process begins with workers inputting vaccination information into Workday, marking the start of an inbound data integration. This transition from ReadySet to Workday was critical for streamlining immunization tracking and ensuring that data is accurately recorded and managed in one centralized system. All tracking functions were migrated by the end of CY2023 with Workday serving as the definitive source of truth for vaccination compliance. |
Integrations | WDAY- 10138 – INT061 EIB Prism Ingest – Worker Costing Overrides | Janet McElroy, Amanda Hauff | The EIB Prism Ingest – Worker Costing Overrides is a system that runs a report (INT061) and saved it as a CSV file. The file was sent daily to a secure server so that the Prism system can use it. Prism couldn’t accept custom reports that include related data directly. Essentially, this new integration ensured that Worker Costing Overrides were properly processed by Prism. |

INT822 – Health Advocates Wellness Eligibility is an outbound integration that sends information about benefits-eligible workers to Health Advocate. Employees identified as “X-Non-Binary” will be sent to Health Advocate as an ‘N.’ This change was ensure accurate representation in the benefits system. |
Integrations | EA-21938 – WDAY-9594 – INT161a St Louis Local Tax Elections Studio Inbound – City Tax Correction | Corey Puckett, Amanda Hauff | Payroll submitted a data change, which incorrectly inactivated St. Louis city tax for individuals. Five workers were missed in the INT161a report, previously flagged for manual review due to the tax location change. The integration updated the review report to include all relevant areas. Additionally, the INT161A St. Louis Local Tax Election Boomerang was adjustment to accurately reflect city withholding. |
Integrations | EA-15902 – WDAY-7523 – INT015 EPIC Vaccine Compliance HR Data Outbound – New Integration | Janet McElroy, Amanda Hauff | As part of the initiative to retire ReadySet, the management of vaccines is transitioning to Workday, necessitating outbound data integrations. This shift aims to facilitate the transfer of vaccine compliance data back into Workday from EPIC, ensuring that Occupational Health needs are adequately met. The integration went live ahead of schedule with all vaccine tracking fully operational within Workday, eliminating the reliance on ReadySet. Historical data from ReadySet was converted for reporting purposes to maintain compliance and oversight. |
