New WashU IT Service Desk After Call Survey

WashU IT is implementing a three (3) question post phone call survey when you reach out to the Service Desk for support.

The three questions will be:

  • How would you rate your customer experience with the agent you just worked with?
  • How well do you feel your issue or request was addressed or escalated?
  • To what extent did the agent demonstrate understanding of your situation?

We will analyze your feedback to identify patterns, which will direct our training and resources, in order to enhance the level of service we are able to provide.
