We are excited to introduce WashU’s new way of capturing employee performance. Starting Monday, August 12th, WashU IT will join a select group of campus partners piloting our new process in Workday. The pilot program is available for full- and part-time WashU IT employees. For those eligible to participate in the pilot, please check your calendar and select one of two upcoming sessions to learn more.
This change will help ensure a greater level of employee engagement, giving you the opportunity to see your goals and track them throughout the year, working in real-time with your manager in Workday HR.
To prepare for this change, which will lead the way to a greater level of institutional equity, you are encouraged to take part in one of two upcoming sessions through Microsoft Teams, both taking place on Thursday, August 8. Check your calendar to select the time that works best for you.

Or part- and full-time WashU IT employees can join Organizational Development Consultant Natasha Tasson, and her OD colleagues, during one of these upcoming office hours sessions from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, Aug. 20, 21, & 22.
