A heartfelt thank you to our IT teams for their hard work on upcoming DUO 2FA change

As we gear up for an important change in our DUO 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) security protocols on November 20th, we wanted to take a moment to express our gratitude to the incredible IT teams for their tireless efforts and dedication.

The upgraded DUO 2FA process is a significant step forward in securing our university against cyber threats. This change ensures that accessing sensitive data and systems requires not only a password but also a secondary form of verification, adding an extra layer of protection to your accounts.

We understand change can be challenging, but we believe that the benefits of this enhanced security measure are essential to serve our university community. This transition is not possible without the hard work, expertise, and dedication of our IT teams. They have worked diligently behind the scenes, testing, documenting, and implementing the necessary infrastructure to make this transition as seamless as possible for the WashU community.

Once again, we extend our heartfelt thanks to our IT teams for their commitment to the safety and well-being of our university community.
