Not all University room calendars are in Office 365.  For those that are, you can follow the instructions below to access and modify room calendars.

To share a file internally in Box, hover over the file, click the "Share" button (or the 'More' menu), then either invite specific users by typing their email addresses and setting permissions or generate a shared link to copy and paste into an email or chat, controlling access with settings like "Only invited people can access" for security.
