Online learning modules are available for convenient, self-paced training in Cognos Analytics. All classes are open to users at any level and can be retaken as a refresher. Details about topics covered and course objectives are available on each module’s page in Learn@Work. The following modules are now available:
- Cognos Analytics: Essentials is recommended for all Cognos users
- Cognos Analytics: Basic Reporting is for users who run, but do not write, any reports
- Cognos Analytics: Query Studio is for former Query Studio users using it as a legacy app in the Cognos Analytics environment
- Report Author: Essentials for all report writers, an introduction to the new report-writing tool
- Report Author: Remapping Packages and Fields for more advanced report writers, learning to point existing reports and fields to different data packages
Users who wish to expand their knowledge beyond what our in-house training offers are encouraged to explore third-party resources. This YouTube series is presented by IBM Business Analytics and is a next step for those who have completed Report Author: Essentials.
