WashU IT will launch an updated website designed to better serve the university community on June 15. The updated site will make it easier to find information, access support resources, and navigate with confidence.
The new site design will provide an improved customer experience and align more closely with WashU’s brand and digital standards.
“Our goal was to create a website experience that feels intuitive from the moment you arrive, making it easier for our community to find information, access support, and get what they need quickly,” said Michelle Stirnemann, Senior Director of End User Experience (EUX), WashU IT.
Whether members of the university community need technical help, IT services, or helpful resources, the same trusted support will remain available in a more user-friendly experience.
