Take the WashU IT Problem Management Training Today!

As part of our continuous commitment to enhancing IT service management, we are excited to introduce the ITIL Problem Management practice to WashU IT. This new initiative plays a critical role in improving how we manage and resolve recurring issues, ensuring better service quality and a more seamless IT experience for our users.

What is Problem Management?

To help everyone get up to speed, we offer an Introduction to Problem Management, a three-part eLearning series. In this training, you will:

  • Learn about the background and core concepts of Problem Management.
  • Explore the benefits and how it connects to other ITIL 4 practices.
  • Understand the five phases of the Problem Management practice as used within WashU IT.

To ensure that everyone is prepared and equipped with the necessary knowledge, all three parts of the eLearning training are now available for ITL users. By completing this course, you’ll gain an in-depth, foundational understanding of Problem Management and its role in our organization.
