To comply with the School of Medicineʼs mandatory influenza vaccination policy, you are required to receive the influenza vaccination if you either work on or may visit the medical school campus this flu season. While it is not mandated, all other employees are strongly encouraged to take this proactive step in protecting themselves and their community.
Please see the Employee Flu Campaign website for information about how to get the vaccine, and to meet the requirement to upload documentation to ReadySet, which must be completed by 5 p.m. Monday, Nov. 27, 2023. Additionally, please note in addition to uploading proof of flu vaccination, you must complete the ReadySet survey. If you have not completed the survey, you will remain “noncompliant” and have not met the full requirement. It is asked that you complete the survey at your earliest opportunity.
