Regular full-time employees who have met qualifying service requirements are eligible for university assistance covering 100% of part-time, evening undergraduate program tuition costs and 50% of part-time, evening graduate program tuition costs for courses offered through the university. Additionally, with supervisor approval, those within WashU IT could benefit from an additional 50% of part-time, evening graduate program tuition costs covered by WUIT for up to one class per semester.
After working with your supervisor and gaining approval, download the Graduate Employee Tuition Assistance Request Form and submit it to Christy McCollum, Director of IT Finance. The form will be reviewed for completion and submitted to HR benefits for processing.
The university also offers Spouse/Domestic Partner Tuition Assistance, Dependent Child Tuition Assistance, the Graduate Nursing Tuition Program, and the Undergraduate Nursing Tuition Program for eligible full-time employees.
