Zoom and Teams Rooms – Elevating the Audio-Visual Experience

In today’s digital age, effective communication and seamless collaboration are vital to achieving our goals. Recognizing this, WashU IT has established five Zoom Rooms (1403, 2403, 1407, 2407, and 2408) and one Teams Room (2504) at 4480 Clayton Ave., aiming to enhance the audio-visual experience.

Zoom and Teams Rooms bridge the gap between in-person and remote meeting attendees. All attendees can be seen, heard, and fully engaged. Plus, they let everyone join meetings with just the touch of a button!

Are you interested in a firsthand experience of the cutting-edge features and functionalities offered by Zoom and Teams Rooms? Join us for an upcoming demo/training session (schedule below). There’s no need to register, and this is a great way to continue to grow your professional skills and know how.

During the demo/training, our IT experts will guide you through various features, including:

  1. Invite a Zoom or Teams Room to your next hybrid meeting.
  2. Join a hybrid meeting from a Zoom or Teams Room.
  3. Start a Zoom or Teams Room meeting and invite others.
  4. Share content from the in-room PC or your mobile device during a hybrid meeting.
  5. Use the room as a non-hybrid, presentation session using the in-room PC or your mobile device.

Whether you are a seasoned Zoom/Teams user or new to the platform, this session will equip you with valuable tips and tricks to maximize your collaboration experience. Our IT team will be available to answer any questions you may have and provide personalized assistance as needed.
