WashU IT has been made aware of a required maintenance for multiple Kramer VIA Wireless Presentation Devices throughout both the Medical and Danforth campuses.
These are the devices which allow you to wirelessly share your laptop or device screen on room monitors and/or through room projectors via WiFi networks.
As a result, some of the Kramer VIA devices are not currently functioning and we will place signs at the impacted spaces.
If you are in a space in which the Kramer VIA device is not currently functioning you can still share your device’s screen using the HDMI cable in the room.
While not all devices have an HDMI port, adaptors are available for both Windows and Apple laptops via the ServiceNow catalog.
