With the general availability of Advanced Reports, we are retiring Classic Reports, also referred to as Reporting Beta, Original Reports, and Reporting 2.0, on March 31, 2021.
The new and improved Qualtrics Advanced Reports experience, released in early 2020, offers a number of benefits including:
- A new simplified user experience
- Better application performance
- Increased stability in report generation
After March 31, 2021, you will lose access to any reports which were created with Classic Reports, including scheduled emails and public reports. If you have not already done so, we encourage you to rebuild reports using the Advanced Reports platform and download a PDF copy of any existing Classic Reports you with to keep.
To view Classic Reports in a user account:
- Navigate to the Advanced Reports page (Reports Tab > Reports section)
- Select the name of the advanced report and select View Classic
Please Note: Qualtrics will be notifying Classic Report Users directly through in-production notifications. Make sure to view the details of your Notifications by selecting the Bell icon in the upper right corner of the page once logged into Qualtrics.
