As you may have noticed, we have an initiative to educate WashU IT on the usage and importance of Planview time submission. We have created the Planview webpage in the WashU IT Staff Space to provide a single location for all things needed regarding Planview, including a link to Planview, definitions, training links, guides, FAQs and a communications archive.
Many important strategic decisions that impact us all are made based on Planview data. We ask that you please use whichever methods work best for you to get accurate timesheets submitted and approved on time; mobile app, desktop app, Outlook reminders, etc.
Our initiative includes development of the new Planview webpage, weekly communications and revisions to Planview support and training materials. We welcome any feedback or suggestions on our approach and how to improve adoption. If you have any questions or feedback, contact ppmo@wustl.edu.
