Washington University Information Technology has detected an issue where individuals are unable to make outbound calls from desk and patient phones in Medical Campus Buildings.
This outage does not appear to be limited to WashU and BJC as similar issues are presenting across multiple carriers and networks across the nation.
WashU IT and BJC are investigating the issue in coordination with the telephone vendor. We will provide updates as they become available.
