Washington University Information Technology has detected an issue affecting an individual’s ability to log into Outlook and other Office 365 services.
This issue is not limited to Washington University, it is affecting all Office 365 customers. We have been notified that Microsoft is aware of the issue and are investigating.
This login error is intermittent, affecting only some individuals.
Individuals who are already logged into Outlook, or other Office 365 services, are encouraged to remain signed in to limit the risk of being affected by the intermittent login errors.
