Washington University Information Technology has detected an issue where EPIC is currently unavailable via the Citrix desktop affecting Citrix users.
We have found that the below steps usually corrects this issue.
- Reboot the affected computer
- Wait approximately 2 minutes before logging into your Citrix desktop
