For employees with both WashU and BJC credentials, it is important to be logged in with the correct account to access the necessary content—especially in Microsoft Teams and related tools like SharePoint.
To access WashU resources (such as Teams, SharePoint sites, or other Microsoft content shared to an @wustl.edu address), employees must be logged in with their WashU key account in Teams.
An employee using a BJC account that needs to view content shared to a WashU account should:
- Select their avatar (initials or picture) In Microsoft Teams, in the top right corner.
- Select their WashU account from the list.
- Navigate to the Team, SharePoint site, or other content that needs to be accessed.
- When finished, switch back to the primary account (WashU or BJC) to continue receiving notifications and stay informed in the main environment.
