ITSM Roundtable: Change Enablement at WashU

April launched IT Service Management (ITSM) new roundtable discussions. The inaugural session was a great success with nearly 200 attendees. This month, ITSM looks forward to continuing the momentum by hosting an interactive conversation regarding Change Enablement at WashU.

  • Date: Friday, May 22
  • Time: 2:00 – 2:30 PM
  • Location: Microsoft Teams (standing meeting on your calendar)

The WashU community is impacted by change each and every day. From small configuration updates to campuswide initiatives, change is everywhere. In this month’s session, attendees will step back from tools and process mechanics to dive into a deeper discussion about what Change Enablement means at WashU, why it matters, and how it helps us balance speed, stability and transparency in daily work.

This 30minute, interactive conversation is designed to be approachable and practical, with no deep process dives required.

Whether it’s submitting changes in ServiceNow, reviewing, implementing or simply being impacted by change; attendees will benefit from the discussion and leave better equipped to:

  • Build shared language around Change Enablement
  • Understand how change practices support reliable service delivery
  • See how ITSM connects to the real work happening across teams
  • Ask questions and share perspectives in a lowpressure setting

Come curious, bring your experience, and help shape the maturity of IT service delivery at WashU.
