Feedback is a gift: Anonymous WashU IT Employee Engagement Survey open through Feb. 27

WashU IT employees now have an opportunity to help shape the future of the organization. The latest #BeHeard Employee Engagement Survey launched Monday, and senior leaders are urging staff to take part and share candid feedback through the anonymous survey.

“Your input plays a critical role in shaping our priorities and guiding the actions we take as an organization,” said Jessie Minton, vice chancellor for technology and chief information officer. “I strongly encourage you to participate and share your honest feedback. It helps us strengthen our workplace and better support your success.”

The survey, open through 5 p.m. Friday, Feb. 27, takes approximately 15–20 minutes to complete. Responses will directly inform leadership decisions and drive improvement efforts across WashU IT. The insights gathered will also help guide the organization’s strategic direction, influencing not only internal teams but also relationships with strategic partners and customers.

“Thank you in advance for taking the time to share your perspective,” Minton added. “Now more than ever, your voice matters, and we are committed to listening and learning from it.”
