Reorganization, Planview, CyBear are topics for extended October IT All Hands 

The IT All Hands meeting on Wednesday, October 22 is being extended by 15 minutes to accommodate a packed agenda. WashU Chief Information Officer Jessie Minton will kick off the monthly meeting with a welcome and opening remarks, followed by a presentation on the recent WashU IT Reorganization effort. A question-and-answer session will follow. 

Next, Karen Schilli, Director of IT Governance, Portfolio, Capacity and Demand Management, will talk about the importance of time tracking in Planview, and Chief Information Security Officer Chris Shull will provide an update on the CyBear program. 

The meeting will include the usual employee recognitions, such as service anniversaries and milestones, with the closing to include the spinning of the wheel to award tickets to some exciting upcoming St. Louis area events.
