The IT Portfolio and Project Management Office (PPMO) now offers a Fast Track option for qualifying new project requests.
This new option is designed to streamline the intake process for low-risk, recurring maintenance, and operational projects, significantly reducing administrative overhead and enhancing our overall efficiency.

- Streamlined Process: Eligible projects can bypass the Tuesday Project Intake meetings.
- Reduced Overhead: Minimizing the need for detailed reviews and discussions, allowing us to concentrate on higher-priority initiatives.
- Visibility: Fast Track project requests will be included in the email sent before the Tuesday meeting for team awareness.
