Strengthening Customer Support: WashU IT CRM Team

The WashU IT Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Team provides exceptional customer support by building strong relationships and facilitating effective communication.

“We are your partners in ensuring that your needs are met, and your feedback is heard. Our role is to act as the bridge between you and IT, advocating for your concerns and working to provide the best possible solutions, says Thomas Walker, Sr. Technology Customer Relationship Manager.

We understand that staying informed about new developments and changes in campus IT services and projects is crucial for you. That’s why we make it our priority to regularly connect with leadership, IT support teams, and other campus unit members. By doing so, we can keep you updated on important information and how technology can address both short-term challenges and long-term strategic goals.

As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance support, WashU IT End User Services (EUS) is completing training to enhance support for the CRM Team and the WashU community. The training will provide a comprehensive understanding of CRM, its significance in our service delivery, and the expectations for engaging with the CRM Team.

Tiffany Ruble | Technology Customer Relationship Manager Tiffany has been a part of the Washington University community since 2019, working as a WUIT Depot Technical Support Specialist. With her extensive experience in both IT and direct customer interactions, Tiffany is committed to ensuring that the relationship between WashU IT and customers flourishes. She takes great pride in providing exceptional care and meeting the needs of her customers. Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering, and exploring the great outdoors.

Thomas Walker | Sr. Technology Customer Relationship Manager Thomas has been a member of the Washington University community since 2011. He joined the Washington University community in October 2011 as a leader in Computer Systems–User Services for the McKelvey School of Engineering. He joined the WashU family as a member of the Customer Relationship Management Team (CRM) in July 2019. Thomas is not only a customer-focused professional but also an active volunteer within and outside the WashU community. Thomas finds joy in beautifying environments and spending quality time with his family and grandchildren
