On July 1, WashU IT will replace the Non-Project Administrative Task/Type in Planview PPM Pro with Team Meetings and Other Administrative Activities and Talent Management to better identify how time is used.
We invite you to view the Time Entry guidelines, which details how to use these new categories. Additionally, the table below provides examples of when they should be used.
Team Meetings and Other Administrative Activities
- All Hands Meetings
- Team Meetings
- 1:1 Meetings
- Team Events
- University Town Hall
- Committee Participation
(ie Diversity Committee)
- Holiday Parties
- Being Coached or Mentored
- Serving on Interview Panels
- Performance Planning
Talent Management is used to provide the items listed above.
If you are being coached, mentored, etc. please use Team Meetings and Other Administrative Activities.
Note: Team Meetings. and Other Administrative Activities does NOT include project or service ops meetings. These should be charged to the applicable project or service operation.
