Washington University Information Technology will update both instances of ServiceNow, wustl.service-now.com and wusm.service-now.com, on September 10, between 5:00pm and 10:00pm.
While ServiceNow conducts rolling upgrades across multiple data centers to eliminate downtime, you may experience minor performance degradation during the maintenance window.
