Qualtrics Service Communications

Did you know that Qualtrics is available without cost to members of the WashU community in both research and non-research related areas? This amazing tool makes it easier for members of the campus community to build, share, distribute, and collect results from online surveys, and creating your own account is as simple as logging into the Qualtrics application from  

Once logged in, if you have any issues using Qualtrics, support and training is available by accessing the vendor Help link in the upper right corner of the screen. Additionally, Qualtrics keeps their survey software current with weekly product updates, requiring no associated down-times or outages. These changes are then communicated to WashU Customers at the end of each month with links to the vendor product update pages and are posted to the following sites: 

  • Announcement posted on the Qualtrics tile within the one.wustl portal. 
  • Announcement posted on the News & Events page
  • Announcement posted on the Qualtrics page.
