On January 21, Clinical Desktop 2 will be enabled/migrated to the ECV Citrix environment for both BJC and WashU. Clinical Desktop 2 will remain available in the legacy Citrix environment (connect.bjc.org) until February 3, at which time it will be disabled.
| Communication | A pop-up message has been added to the legacy Citrix environment advising users of the migration but staff will only see the notification if they launch Clinical Desktop 2. |
| Impact | As part of the migration, we have added a new AD group, CTXI.ClinDesk2.User, being populated ahead of the migration based on scout reports, however we anticipate some users have not been caught by the scout reporting which will generate calls. |
| Action | If you receive calls regarding this change please add users to the new AD group CTXI.ClinDesk2.User to re-enable their use of Clinical Desktop 2. |
