When is Planview scheduled downtime?
Planview has a scheduled maintenance window every Friday night at midnight, Central Time. During this time, users are unable to login to Planview. On the third Friday of each month, Planview schedules their Releases during the maintenance window. While these windows are not usually expected to take long, there are occasional maintenance extensions around availability, up-time, or database work that can push into Saturday afternoon. If you cannot login to Planview on a Saturday, please try again later in the day. If you still cannot login by Sunday, contact ppmo@wustl.edu.
