How do I share my calendar with others?

  • Login to Outlook for the web (OWA) using your WUSTL Key at
  • Near the top-left of the webpage, click the Calendar icon
  • On the left under My calendars, select the calendar you wish to share
  • On the top right, select Share and then Calendar
  • Enter in the email address of the person(s) you want to share with
  • Select the level of access you want the person(s) to have to your calendar
  • Click Share
