  • In order to request the creation of a new shared mailbox in Office 365, please contact support.
  • Requests for new shared mailboxes that have an addresses must be approved by University Marketing and Communications. In order to expedite MarComm review, please include answers to the following questions in your request form for Danforth or Med School:
    • What is the purpose for the address?
    • Who is the intended audience?
    • How will the address be advertised/published?
