On July 9, Duo Two Factor Authentication will be enabled when logging into BeyondTrust for the support remote console and support web login. This change will not affect customer facing portals, such as session key or remote.wustl.edu.
The BeyondTrust Duo verification will always utilize your default Duo verification method, which is a push notification for most. However, you can alter the verification method by appending the desired verification method to the end of your password. Click here for the Append Mode instructions.
