Software renewal surveys launch in spring 

The Software Asset Management (SAM) team is launching a series of software renewal surveys this spring as part of a continued effort to streamline renewals, improve communication and ensure licensing aligns with campus needs. 

 
A new Renewals page on the SAM Communications Hub provides users with a centralized location for schedules, instructions and support resources. Access the page through the Software Renewals Hub.  

 
The Renewals page is designed to make the renewal process more transparent and accessible. It includes renewal timelines, step-by-step guides for approvers and license contacts and additional how-to articles to support departmental coordinators.
