Join the WashU IT Spring 2026 Book Club

The WashU IT Book Club is calling for participants as it kicks off a new session this spring. Book clubs offer numerous benefits, including the opportunity to learn new skills, forge social connections across various groups and enhance critical thinking.

Having recently completed James Clear’s “Atomic Habits,” the club is eager to select a new book for the upcoming session. Meetings are held biweekly, with virtual options available for all gatherings, though the club prefers in-person meetings for the first and last sessions. Travis Williams, Deskside Team Lead, will continue to facilitate the meetings but encourages others to step up and help lead discussions.

Interested participants are invited to fill out a brief 4-question survey by Tuesday, April 28. The survey will help determine interest levels, preferred meeting times and potential book selections. Details on the chosen book and meeting schedule will follow shortly after the survey deadline.

While the club cannot provide books, it will offer resources to help members access titles through libraries and discounted options.

For further inquiries or to join the discussion, members can connect with the WUIT Book Club on Teams and choose “Open Microsoft Teams.” For those who are not already members of the team, join by adding the Team with the icon below:
