Performance Management mid-year check-in now underway 

Mid-year check-ins are now underway as part of the Annual Performance Management cycle. The mid-year check-in is a structured opportunity for both employees and managers to assess performance goals and development items. All employees should have self-evaluations completed in Workday by no later than 5 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 19.  
 
Starting on Monday, Sept. 22, managers will begin reviewing self-evaluations and scheduling meetings with employees to discuss progress and goals, as well as development items. The manager’s portion of the mid-year check-ins should be completed by no later than 5 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 10. 

Reflecting on accomplishments and impacts during the first half of the performance year helps determine the next steps in the second half of the year. The current Performance Year ends on March 31, 2026.
